On Monday I shared some thoughts from my heart on my Facebook and Instagram accounts. Today I want to share those thoughts with you here.
I’m going to be really honest here.
I see color. I see white skin. I see black skin. I see Mexican and Asian and Indian skin. I see all the colors. AND IT IS BEAUTIFUL. Skin color doesn’t offend me. It doesn’t scare me. It doesn’t make me think less of you because of your color. It doesn’t make me think one is better than the other. It’s all just so beautiful. I’m thankful for all skin colors. If you say you don’t see color, you are lying. You see it. You just have to choose to see the BEAUTY in it.
While I do see your skin color, and think it’s so beautiful, I care far more about your soul condition than skin color. God created all these beautiful races and then He sent His Son to die and rise again to save each one. You matter. You are important. You are special. You are God’s masterpiece. God loved you enough to send His Son for you. Jesus loved you enough to die for you. For every skin color. For every soul. If you don’t know Jesus and would like to, message me and I’ll pray with you.
Let’s stop fighting and start celebrating color. Be proud to be white. Be proud to be black. Be proud to be whatever your color is. Love your own beautiful skin! Then link arms to protect the colors of other skin in a safe way.
Let’s stop rioting and damaging what people have worked hard for. Stop taking away jobs because you’re destroying businesses. Stop hurting others because you’re hurting. There’s a way to make your voice heard without hurting others.
Let’s stop fighting race and start fighting to see souls saved for the Kingdom of God. Care about the souls inside the skin. Fight for that. Fight to win them to Jesus.
So friends, whatever your beautiful skin color is, I see you. I hear you. I love you. I’m praying for you. If you fall, I’ll help you up. If you hurt, I’ll be there for you. If you need food, I’ll feed you. If you need clothing, I’ll share what I have. If you need to talk, I’ll listen.
For God loved the world in this way: He gave His one and only Son,
so that EVERYONE who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:16

Beautiful, Jenifer. I agree.
