What You Need To Pray For Your Husband Right Now

Ladies, believe it or not, your husband is in a battle right this very minute. A battle he may not even realize is going on. The enemy is after him, out to get him and out to destroy him. {John 10:10} The enemy is tempting him, putting things in his path that will knock him down and just waiting for him to fall. This enemy of ours knows your husband's weakness, knows what really pushes his buttons and knows how to trip him up.

What are you going to do about it?

Pray.

The Word says where 2 or more are gathered in His name, He is there. {Matthew 18:20} May we pray together?

Please join me as we lift our husbands to Jesus.

Father, right now we come to You on behalf of our husbands. We ask You to put a shield of protection around our husbands. We ask You to guard their heart and mind. Where the enemy is dealing with our men right this moment, whether it is with addictions, sexual temptations outside of marriage, fear, anger, bitterness, even the temptation of skipping prayer time today, Lord we ask You to help our men stand strong. Help them to be strong and courageous. Help them to put on the full armor of God and be ready for battle. Help them discern between the lies of the enemy and Your truths. Help them know truth and fight for truth. Help them to use Your Word against the enemy just as You did when the enemy came to tempt You. We also ask you to protect them physically. That their bodies would function just as they should and be healthy and strong. We ask that no harm would come to them and that Your angels would be camped about them protecting them. Father if our husbands are dealing with any doubt or unbelief, we ask that You would show Yourself to them today. Let them feel Your presence and see evidence of You all around. We ask that You would arrange divine appointments where they can share You with those around them. And lastly, we ask that you fill them with Your joy. Joy that only comes from knowing You. In Jesus name we pray these things, Amen.
