Love - probably one of the most used words ever in the English language. Love is probably one of the most misused words ever. "I love French Fries!" "I love that dress!" "I love Fall." None of those things can love back. In reality, one might thoroughly enjoy eating French Fries or see a dress that is particularly appealing to them.
Love is God and God is love! Everything in the Word of God points to God being love. Everything about Him is love. Yes, He gets angry. Yes, He may bring down His wrath. But it is always done in love!
I challenge you today! I challenge you to consider God's love. If we could learn to love like He loves, this world would be so much better off! Love the unlovable! God did. Love the sinner, not the sin! God does! Think about this verse and think about how much God loves you, how much He loves the world!
