Lemon Basil Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 3 tbsp garlic
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil




Directions:

1. Add olive oil, basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix well.
2. Place pork chops in large bowl and pour mix. Let sit for one hour in the fridge.
3. Grill pork chops 5-6 minutes on high or until not pink inside. 
4. Let sit 5 minutes.
