Last week I was struggling with some personal things that were going on in my life.
The kind of things that steer you off course, away from God, away from your anchor during the storms of life. The enemy was trying to tell me that nothing would ever change and it was hopeless to even try.
I was feeling pretty defeated and downtrodden as I was driving down the road. It was then that the Lord told me to turn on the radio and I heard this song by Kari Jobe, called, "I Am Not Alone."
Friends, if you're going through struggles in this life I want to remind you that you're not alone. God is always right by your side.
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6
Please take a moment to quiet your soul and listen to these beautiful words as you spend time worshiping the Father.
I promise you friends that he is always there, He is always able, and He will never leave you.
No. Matter. What.

ReplyDeleteThat He does! Thank you for stopping by today.
DeleteShari, Hope you are doing better now. I hate it when the enemy attacks us and tells us nothing will ever get better. You know it is not true. God has the power to change anything...and EVERYTHING in life. Hold on to that truth in life. Thank you for the link up.
ReplyDeleteI'm doing wonderful! Thank you for your encouraging words. :)

ReplyDeleteThank you friend!
DeleteThanks for sharing this song. It's one of my favorites right now. : )
ReplyDeleteThank you Cathy for stopping by, it's one of my favorites too.
DeleteThe enemy really delights in isolating us - making us feel all alone and helpless. And yes, when I get overwhelmed with life, I tend to withdraw - even from God. That verse from Deuteronomy is a favorite of mine. For it brings me back to the Truth - I am NEVER alone!
ReplyDeleteThanks - very encouraging post.
GOD BLESS!
I'm so glad you shared this song and that verse from Deut. It's a timely message for me. I hope you continue to seek God for comfort in your distress, as I will do the same!
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting this lovely link-up!
