Have you ever tried making 'Homemade Wheat Bread'? It's actually quite easy to make and so much more delicious then any you can buy at the store!
My mom taught me how to make this soon after we were married and altho I have tried other recipes I always fall back on this recipe if I want to be sure we will have a good supply of bread for a few weeks :)
Here's the recipe, try it for yourself.
Homemade Wheat Bread
I always use a Bosch Mixerfor this although I assume you can mix it by hand or in a KitchenAid as well...
2 1/2 c hot water
3/4 c brown sugar
2 T salt
2 eggs
2/3 c oil
7 c wheat flour
I put the wheat flour in the microwave on high for 2 minutes as it helps the dough to rise better later if its warm.
Mix above ingredients then add 2 1/2 c cold water.
Mix again and add 4 T yeast.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Mix then add 7-8 cups white or wheat flour.
Mix for 10 minutes then take out of Bosch Mixer
and put in a greased mixing bowl and cover. Let rise until double in size or for 45 minutes.

Punch down a little with fingers and divide dough evenly among 6 bread pans (approx 1 3/4 lbs per pan) and let rise for another 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
Bake at 380* for 20 -25 minutes.
Enjoy!
I am sad to be letting you all know that this will be my last recipe post with Woman to Woman for a while. I have really enjoyed being here but duties are calling me elsewhere especially as we prepare for our little baby later this year. I will still occasionally be sharing recipes on my own blog at Leah's Cooking so be sure to stop by there to see what I'm cooking up :)

That sounds super easy! Definitely going to try!
