"5 For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime!
Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning."
Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning."

How many of us truly understand this verse? How many of us believe this verse? Think of the verse in terms of parenting...from time to time, we get angry or disappointed in our children. Does that mean that we don't love them? Of course, not! We are only upset for a time, a short time, but we love them forever. Why? Because they are our children! There is nothing that our children can do that would make us stop loving them. THAT is how God feels about us. He may get upset with us, but He will always love us.
We will have periods of sadness and sorrow in our life. That is a given. But...it is important to remember that after that period of sadness and sorrow...JOY COMES! The sadness and sorrow should cause us to grow in faith and trust in our God. As we grow due to the weeping we are then able to rejoice...have joy...in the morning!
Don't fret over the anger...don't fret that you messed up and God got upset. He still loves you...He will ALWAYS love you. Don't get stuck in the weeping...know that JOY comes in the morning!
Joy comes in the morning!! Amen!!
