Today I'd like to share 5 Reasons to Eat Healthy Foods instead of the normal recipe that I usually share on Tuesdays...
- Your body is the temple of God. (1 Corinthians 6:19)
- What you eat will affect your health, weight, energy levels, moods, etc etc...
- You will sleep better after a healthy meal.
- Sets a good example for your kids (today and in years to come)
- You will feel so much better!
LOVE this Leah! I choose to eat fruits because I love them. I choose to eat veggies (some I like, some I tolerate) because I know I should. I enjoy much of what is good for me. Yet I struggle with still really enjoying the food that is not good for me, chocolate namely. You give 5 really important reasons to stick to the healthy foods!
