Sunshine & the Son...

Good Morning!  It is a glorious morning full of sunshine and the Son!  Looking out my window I see green grass and blue skies with white puffy clouds.  It is good.  Is everything 'good?'  No...but I choose to see the good.  There is much to do...laundry, bookwork, etc...but sitting here spending some quality time with my 'Daddy' is what's important right now.  I am so thankful for the love that God rains down on me. 

In my reading today (Psalm 45) I was moved by vs. 17.  "17I will perpetuate your memory through all generations; therefore the nations will praise you for ever and ever."   That is what I want to do...perpetuate the good news of God to all future generations.   I want to be a part of the continuation of the Gospel of Christ.  I can't be a part of this unless I fill myself up with Him first.  I can't give out what I don't have.  I am thankful that God has blessed me with the ability to see Him in all things.  I am thankful that God has called me by name.  I am thankful that He sees in me what I can't see in myself.  I am thankful that He has given me the confidence...the Holy Spirit...to share His name with those around me.

Yes, it IS a great day.  Take some time and bask in the Sonshine today.
