Life can be hard. It can be full of trials, shattered dreams and missed opportunities. How we react to the difficulties in our life, effects the outcome of our futures. We have a choice to sit and wallow in our brokenness or we have a choice to be bold in Christ, give our burdens over to Him and rest in His peace.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-10
Give it over to Him friends, He has the power to turn our sorrows into joy. In Him you will find new dreams and new opportunities far greater than you could have ever dreamed of.
Stop trying on your own accord, let Him take control.
If peace has been elusive and rest seems out of reach, look up to Him. Surrender your will to His. Live the life that He has planned for you.
Live in His grace, mercy and peace. Make your story....His story. Show the world that there is something different about a follower of Christ. Show them that we don't depend on the world for happiness and freedom, but rather we find our all in the Savior who gave us His all.
May you rest easy in His unending love and grace as the Savior welcomes you with His open arms.
