Good Morning! I want to apologize for failing to post last Thursday. My family was on vacation and, to be honest, I totally forgot!
This week, the things I am most thankful for are...
372. ... the beach.
373. ... the waves of the vast ocean crashing ever so gently on the sandy shore.
374. ... the sounds of the ocean and the seagulls.
375. ... the smells of the salt water.
376. ... the laughter of my children and grandchildren as they play a game of sand volleyball.
377. ... the memories my children have of past family vacations.
378. ... seeing my grandchildren explode with excitement at playing in the ocean.
379. ... watching my grandchildren play in the sand.
380. ... not getting a sunburn while on vacation.
381. ... an amazing photo shoot of my family done on the beach.
382. ... midnight strolls on the beach with the family.
383. ... watching my grandchildren collect seashells.
384. ... the excitement on the faces of my grandbabies when they bring a newly found seashell to me as they ask, "Nana, is this a good one?"
386. ... home! Vacation is always amazing, but it is nice to come back to reality ... ONCE IN A WHILE! ;-)

Of course I love everything on your list!! But my two favorites are #384, the kids sure love collecting shells and always want Nana to tell them if it's a good one, and #385, she is so fun and outgoing and I love her! Great list!

ReplyDeleteI am thankful for a chance to go on our first real vacation, the beach, family and friends who are willing to help us out when we need help, my kids excitement on the beach, that I didn't get a sunburn when I usually burn at least once a year. there are so many more things I could mention. I would love to win so I can get another canvas that we couldn't get while at the beach!!

ReplyDeleteI am thankful for God the most! He is my one and only! I'm so thankful my husband, my children, my pets (who keep me relaxed and going), and for the basic needs being met in my life (food, shelter, and clothing). We take advantage of those too often.
